The hall is 15 metres by 15 metres and is marked out for two badminton and two short tennis courts and is equipped with stage lighting.

Conditions of Hire

1. Discount of 10% for 10-plus occasions booked, minimum of 1 hour each
(ie regular hirers)

2. Discount of 25% for 3-plus continuous hours booked in a day.

3. Commercial lettings are charged at double the above rates.

4. The hire fee covers the cost of unlocking/locking by the caretaker, use of toilets and showers, heating, use of refreshment area, and basic setting out of chairs and tables.

5. The hire fee does not cover any extra cleaning that is required after ‘high risk’ events, such as dances, parties, wedding receptions.  This will be charged at £7.86 per hour on weekdays and £11.61 per hour before 10pm and £13.75 after, at weekends.  Furthermore if CCP incurs additional cleaning charges as the result of a hire booking, then these will be charged to the hirer concerned

6.  The hire fee does not cover the hire of specialist equipment, or hire of equipment belonging to the school (such as the piano), or time spent in setting up equipment such as staging.

7. High risk hiring (eg dances, parties, wedding receptions and the like) may require a deposit of £50 to cover accidental damage etc. which will not be paid into CCPs account unless necessary, after the event, and will be refunded in full if not used.
